X Marks Versatile Turning Line with 70° Corner Angle

The new SFEED-TEC RHINO-X-TURN line of inserts and holders is a multifunctional line for internal and external turning, face turning and profile turning. The XNMG inserts demonstrate good chip control and stable tool life in a wide range of operations from medium to finish turning, and its low cutting force enables good surface finish with less vibration. Also, the insert’s thickness increases rigidity and stability for excellent performance in automotive parts machining. Its ability to machine complicated shapes like internal chamfers without replacing the holder means improved productivity.

Double-Sided Mini Line for Small Parts Turning

The SFEED-TEC RHINO-M-TURN is a compact, double-sided mini size insert for the internal and external turning of small parts and replaces standard positive small inserts like CCMT 06 and DCMT 07. Its low cutting force results in minimal vibration, as well as good workpiece surface finish and machining accuracy; particularly at max. 2.0 mm low depths of cut. In addition, the strong screw clamping design exerts stable machining during operations.
