The Seoul International Tooling & Related Equipment Exhibition 2009 (TOOL TECH 2009) took place from the 27th to 31st October at the Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX) in Gyeonggi-Do, Korea. The 5 day event was held simultaneously with the Korean Machinery Fair (KOMAF) organized by the Korean Machine Industry Association and the Korea Metal Week exhibition organized by Korean Trade Fairs.
At TOOL TECH 2009, TaeguTec demonstrated its expertise for providing total machining solutions to major industrial sectors. A totally new and refreshing concept of display demonstrated cutting tools dedicated to industries like the automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding, railway, mold & die, power generation, medical and semiconductor sectors. The show emphasized TaeguTec's strong position and experience in providing complete machining solutions to these markets. Throughout the exhibition, visitors were exposed to TaeguTec's cost reduction technology that provides innovative tooling solutions to achieve the highest possible productivity levels.
TaeguTec also demonstrated its leading position as a tool solutions provider to the rapidly developing wind power industry. Very successful case studies of the Z-Mill Plus - 'the world's best milling cutter for the wind power industry' were shown alongside the high feed drilling solutions and heavy turning chipbreakers and grades dedicated to the wind power industry.
At this event, TaeguTec cooperated with its IMC Group Partners ISCAR & Ingersoll. This cooperation has reinforced the IMC Group's prominent position as a single source supplier for the Korean industry. As a special focus, the world leading drilling solutions of TaeguTec & Iscar were displayed. It was demonstrated at the event how these highly productive solutions have captured the world market.
